I love adding a pop of colour to my outfit, and this phone by Asus did just that and more too. Not only is the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser my latest way to accessorise my outfit, but also it is my newest lightweight camera. As a blogger I’m expected to take pictures of my ongoing life, and I obviously cannot go about carrying my DSLR everywhere now, Can I? How about taking a phone that takes as beautiful pictures as a DSLR, Wouldn’t that make life easier; for starters it being lighter than the DSLR is more than enough to make it my priority.
The rear camera is a 13MP one with Toshiba BSI Sensors, 5P Largan Lens an aperture setting of f/2.0, with a dual colour LED Flash, Laser auto focus that can take pictures at a 75 degree wide angle. The selfie camera however, is a 5MP one with BSI Sensors too, a 4P Lens, f/2.0 aperture with a wide angle of 85 degree. The phone also has a Zero Shutter lag that boasts of not missing a single moment.

I’m not a big fan of #selfie , I guess that is evident from my Insta Stream. But the #Zenfone2 Laser by @AsusIndia is getting me addicted to the same. Stay tuned for my next post on the blog, that talks about how, this phone helps me in going about my daily #Blogger routine. There are a few other features that I love in the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser too, The Dual Sim makes it all easy, for me to switch between my work, and my personal number. While the premium metallic matte finish of the back cover, along with the smooth curvature, provides a more natural grip. Now that winter is here, you can wear your normal woolen gloves, to operate this phone, there’s a feature that you have to activate before, is all. You do not need to change all the lovely gloves you already own, to a cell phone compatible one, instead your phone will adjust to your gloves.

Since I’m a music addict too, I need powerful speakers on my phone. The Asus Zenfone 2 Laser has the SonicMaster 2.0, that boasts of dedicated sound chamber, designed for 5 magnet speaker, which would otherwise mean a better music quality of up to 40%, While, the 0.4 mm laser cut holes give you a richer audio experience. Reading is another addiction of mine, I previous phone had a smaller screen that made reading impossible, but with a 5.5″ with a clear and vivid colour range, it makes reading e-books very easy. To back all the above activities of mine, obviously the phone has to last longer. With a 3000 mAh battery, I only have to charge it once in every 36 hours.
What I don’t like in this phone, is that it lags a bit, while switching to other apps. Apart from that nothing else.
I need 5 things in my phone – Camera, Music, wide screen for reading, Dual Sim and of course a lasting battery, and the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser fits it all seamlessly within itself, by not hitting hard on your wallet, at the same time. Isn’t it a multi-tasking phone already? Do leave me your comments here or on Facebook | Twitter | Instagram | Bloglovin | Pinterest
P.S: Do note that even though the phone was sent to me by Asus, I guarantee that my review is an honest one, unbiased and untarnished
